Vehicle-activated signage installations at Burton / Burton Ferry. The Community Council has recently completed the successful installation of two vehicle-activated signs at Burton and Burton Ferry. It is hoped that these will contribute to more awareness of appropriate traffic speeds through these villages. Thanks are due to Valero, Pembrokeshire County Council and also the pro-active residents group who carried out a highly effective fund-raising drive in the commnity, which was match-funded by the Community Council. A series of notes on the project delivery may be found in the Documents tab opposite. This contains useful information for any other community groups who may be contemplating a similar scheme in their locality.
